Smile of the Lishu Girl

In the shade of trees, where rivers play, where the day's light kisses the earth, There beams a glow so pure and free— The smile of a Lishu girl for all to see. 

Her lips curve softly, like a morning prayer, Under skies that stretch, endless and fair. Eyes bright with joy, her soul aglow, Her heart is full of faith, and she lets it show. 

It holds the warmth of the rising sun, The love of Christ, the Holy One. A gentle grace, both strong and kind, That shines from within and lights her mind. 

In her laughter, a peace takes flight, Guided by truth, by sacred light. She walks with hope, her spirit clear, For in her heart, her Saviour's near.

The village hums with life around, But in her smile, a joy is found— A love eternal, pure and true, A gift from Jesus, ever new.
